HAIKU
Irene Golas
|
the dog's bark
runs away from it---
bitter cold |
|
| |
|
| |
snow falling...
a darker silence
in my father's room |
| |
|
first snow
the dog lifts her paws
higher |
|
| |
|
| |
cumulus clouds...
voices of berry pickers
drift across the field |
|
|
hanging laundry:
she turns underwear
to hide the holes |
