First Annual Haiku/Haibun Chapbook Competition

Parallels Studio is sponsoring a Haiku/Haibun Chapbook contest with a deadline of June 15, 2004.
Winner receives $50.00 + 50 copies of the book. (Chapbook is comprised of poems written over a three year period.)

To enter, please send 25 - 30 haiku and no more than five haibun. All work must be submitted exactly the way it is to be printed. Please check for typos, punctuation, misspellings, spacing and accuracy.

Please submit two manuscript copies : one with name, address, telephone # and/or fax #) short bio, (No more than 150 words.) table of contents, acknowledgments and dedication, if any.

Enclose a forwarding letter and an 8 1/2" x 11" SASE (to return materials)

Second Place receives : 25.00 Third Place: 20.00 and Honourable Mention: 15.00
